Aluminum Downspouts
Aluminum downspouts are installed for drainage on every residential home. Standard sizes are 2"x 3", oversized 3"x 4", and a commercial 4" x 5" downspout in 10' lengths. The downspouts attach to the gutter to bring rain runoff from the gutter down a wall to the ground where flow is directed away from the foundation.
Outlet Tube
Downspout installation starts with installing an outlet tube into the gutter for a downspout elbow to be connected to. Secured with zip screws and sealed to prevent any leaks.
Downspout Elbow
Downspout elbows bring the downspout from the gutter to the wall where the downspout will be installed. At the bottom of the downspout an elbow is also used to direct which way the flow will exit.
Pipe Bands
Pipe bands are secured to the wall of your home, wrap around the downspout, are secured with screws to hold the downspout in place.
Zip Screws
These little quarter inch screws hold everything together. from the outlet tube , to the elbows, and the pipe bands. Screws can be matched in color to the gutter color of your choosing.
